Ingredients
  • Crispy puris (golgappa): 24

  • Boiled potatoes: 2 (mashed)

  • Boiled chickpeas: 1/2 cup

  • Yogurt: 1 cup (whisked with a pinch of sugar)

  • Tamarind chutney: 1/2 cup

  • Green chutney: 1/4 cup

  • Sev (crunchy gram flour noodles): 1/2 cup

  • Chaat masala: 1 tsp

  • Red chili powder: 1/2 tsp

  • Coriander leaves: 2 tbsp (chopped)

Directions
  • Arrange the puris on a serving plate and make a small hole in the center of each.

  • Stuff each puri with mashed potatoes and chickpeas.

  • Pour a spoonful of yogurt, tamarind chutney, and green chutney into each puri.

  • Sprinkle chaat masala, red chili powder, and sev on top.

  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve immediately.

Notes
  • Use fresh puris for the best crunch.

  • Adjust the amount of chutneys to balance sweet, spicy, and tangy flavors.

  • Add pomegranate seeds or chopped onions for extra flavor and texture.
