Dahi Puri
A popular Indian chaat made with crispy puris filled with yogurt, tangy chutneys, and spices.

Ingredients
Crispy puris (golgappa): 24
Boiled potatoes: 2 (mashed)
Boiled chickpeas: 1/2 cup
Yogurt: 1 cup (whisked with a pinch of sugar)
Tamarind chutney: 1/2 cup
Green chutney: 1/4 cup
Sev (crunchy gram flour noodles): 1/2 cup
Chaat masala: 1 tsp
Red chili powder: 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves: 2 tbsp (chopped)
Directions
Arrange the puris on a serving plate and make a small hole in the center of each.
Stuff each puri with mashed potatoes and chickpeas.
Pour a spoonful of yogurt, tamarind chutney, and green chutney into each puri.
Sprinkle chaat masala, red chili powder, and sev on top.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve immediately.
Notes
Use fresh puris for the best crunch.
Adjust the amount of chutneys to balance sweet, spicy, and tangy flavors.
Add pomegranate seeds or chopped onions for extra flavor and texture.
