Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/4 cup peanuts
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1-2 green chilies (slit)
- Few curry leaves
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
- Add peanuts, green chilies, and curry leaves. Sauté for a minute.
- Add turmeric and mix well.
- Add cooked rice and salt. Mix gently.
- Turn off heat, add lemon juice, and mix.
- Serve warm with curd or pickle.
