Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 1 small tomato (chopped)
- 1 green chili (chopped)
- Salt to taste
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- ¼ tsp red chili powder
- Fresh coriander leaves
- 1 tsp oil or butter
Instructions
- Beat eggs well in a bowl.
- Add onion, tomato, chili, coriander, and spices. Mix well.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
- Pour the mixture and spread evenly.
- Cook on low heat till the bottom sets. Flip and cook the other side.
- Serve with toast or pav.
