Masala Omelette – Spicy Indian Egg Breakfast

This Masala Omelette is a desi-style spicy egg dish packed with veggies and Indian flavors. It’s perfect for a protein-rich breakfast or quick lunch.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 small tomato (chopped)
  • 1 green chili (chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • ¼ tsp red chili powder
  • Fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp oil or butter

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs well in a bowl.
  2. Add onion, tomato, chili, coriander, and spices. Mix well.
  3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
  4. Pour the mixture and spread evenly.
  5. Cook on low heat till the bottom sets. Flip and cook the other side.
  6. Serve with toast or pav.

Tips

  • Add grated cheese for a rich taste.
  • Use butter for a golden crust.
