Tomato Soup is a warm and comforting dish made from fresh tomatoes, garlic, and aromatic spices. It’s creamy, tangy, and perfect for cozy evenings.

Ingredients

  • 5 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cream for garnish

Instructions

  1. Chop tomatoes, onion, and garlic. Boil them in water for 10 minutes.
  2. Blend to a smooth puree once cool.
  3. Strain and return to the pot.
  4. Add salt, pepper, sugar, and butter. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with cream and croutons.
